David H. Paige
David H. Paige is among the nation’s foremost experts on the propriety of legal fees and billings. Over the course of his 25-plus-year career, David has guided Fortune 1000 companies on the some of the most complex and high-stakes billing issues and helped them develop the methodologies for achieving significant reductions in outside legal costs. In addition, he has served as a testifying expert in legal fee dispute cases. Prior to founding Legal Fee Advisors, he was a founder and managing director of Sterling Analytics where he drew on his experience as an attorney to create and grow one of the industry’s first legal fees advisory and consulting companies. Before founding Sterling Analytics, David served in a number of attorney roles, including as a general counsel, and law firm partner, actively litigating for major insurers and managing and supervising complex insurance coverage litigations. Because of his deep expertise, David is a sought-after source for media and has been quoted in a broad range of media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, CNN Money, Forbes and Corporate Secretary. David has also authored or contributed to numerous articles on managing legal costs. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New York and holds insurance broker licenses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia and has been admitted pro haec vice in other states. He has affiliations with the American Bar Association’s Section on Professional Responsibility, the New York City Bar Association, the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and the National Association of Legal Fee Analysts.

Sr. Counsel & Operations DirectorEnisa Tutovic earned her Master of Laws Degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Enisa graduated at Faculty of Laws, University of Montenegro with a Bachelor’s Degree. During law school, Enisa performed voluntary work and educated people in Montenegro about legal issues regarding employment and immigration. Upon graduation, Enisa worked as a Legal Consultant at a foreign-based Radinovic Law Firm – IKRP Rokas & Partners, during which time she participated in a World Bank Group survey entitled “The Investing Across Borders Project,” which compiled information regarding the country’s legal and regulatory framework and practices affecting foreign investment across sectors, starting new businesses, accessing industrial land and arbitrate commercial disputes. Enisa published a book chapter entitled “Legal Aspects of Doing Business in Europe,” for The Center for International Legal Studies, Austrian non-profit research, training and law publication institute. Enisa is admitted to practice in New York.
Associate and Legal AnalystKristen Sisko earned her J.D. from the University of Melbourne Law School. While in law school, she was a student editorial assistant for the Australian Journal of Labour Law, a committee member for the Later Law Students Network and a legal volunteer at Moonee Valley Legal Service. Also while in law school, Kristen gained experience in financial regulations while working as a legal analyst for an Australian financial firm and in telecommunication disputes while working as a legal assistant for Australia's Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. During her final semester of law school, Kristen interned with Victoria Legal Aid in Melbourne, Australia, where she appeared in court on behalf of disadvantaged clients facing issues with fines and infringements. After law school, Kristen worked for the Australia Program of the environmental non-profit, The Nature Conservancy ("TNC"). While at TNC Kristen worked on special risk contracts and ensured contracts for services and grant agreements were compliant with both Australian and United States law. Shortly after re-locating back to New York City, Kristen volunteered with the Special Litigation Unit at the New York Legal Assistance Group ("NYLAG"). While at NYLAG, Kristen worked on impact litigation matters involving consumer debt issues, consumer fraud issues and violations to a free appropriate public education. Kristen is admitted to practice in New York.
Associate and Legal AnalystSarah Chin earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Sarah interned in the legal department at City of Jersey City and City of Hoboken. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Christine M. Nugent at the New Jersey Tax Court. Upon graduation, Sarah worked at a law firm in New Jersey, where she represented individuals and corporations in the purchase and sale of real estate property throughout New Jersey and New York. Sarah is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
Legal AnalystEmily graduated with honors from Deakin University in Melbourne Australia, earning a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance. While Emily was completing her studies she gained extensive experience at a mid-tier commercial firm in Melbourne. Emily obtained her Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law whilst undertaking her Practical Legal Training as a Trainee Solicitor with a firm that specializes in insurance recovery and commercial disputes in Melbourne. During her time at this firm, she assisted in the administration of the Settlement Distribution Scheme of the largest class action in Australian legal history relating to the 2009 Victorian Bushfires. Emily moved to New York City in the Spring of 2016 to complete an internship at a privately-held funds management firm and began working with Legal Fee Advisors shortly after. Emily is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia.
