David H. Paige
Managing Director
David H. Paige is among the nation’s foremost experts on the propriety of legal fees and billings. Over the course of his 25-plus-year career, David has guided Fortune 1000 companies on the some of the most complex and high-stakes billing issues and helped them develop the methodologies for achieving significant reductions in outside legal costs. In addition, he has served as a testifying expert in legal fee dispute cases. Prior to founding Legal Fee Advisors, he was a founder and managing director of Sterling Analytics where he drew on his experience as an attorney to create and grow one of the industry’s first legal fees advisory and consulting companies. Before founding Sterling Analytics, David served in a number of attorney roles, including as a general counsel, and law firm partner, actively litigating for major insurers and managing and supervising complex insurance coverage litigations. Because of his deep expertise, David is a sought-after source for media and has been quoted in a broad range of media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, CNN Money, Forbes and Corporate Secretary. David has also authored or contributed to numerous articles on managing legal costs. He is licensed to practice law in the state of New York and holds insurance broker licenses in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia and has been admitted pro haec vice in other states. He has affiliations with the American Bar Association’s Section on Professional Responsibility, the New York City Bar Association, the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers and the National Association of Legal Fee Analysts.

Enisa Tutovic
Vice President, Senior Counsel
Enisa Tutovic earned her Master of Laws Degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Enisa graduated at Faculty of Laws, University of Montenegro with a Bachelor’s Degree. During law school, Enisa performed voluntary work and educated people in Montenegro about legal issues regarding employment and immigration. Upon graduation, Enisa worked as a Legal Consultant at a foreign-based Radinovic Law Firm – IKRP Rokas & Partners, during which time she participated in a World Bank Group survey entitled “The Investing Across Borders Project,” which compiled information regarding the country’s legal and regulatory framework and practices affecting foreign investment across sectors, starting new businesses, accessing industrial land and arbitrate commercial disputes. Enisa published a book chapter entitled “Legal Aspects of Doing Business in Europe,” for The Center for International Legal Studies, Austrian non-profit research, training and law publication institute. Enisa is admitted to practice in New York.
